Thank you for this very thoughtful write up. I’ve been trying to find out from people what they thought. Elaine Appleton Grant talked about it a little bit in her newsletter. I’m so glad it was a positive event for folks. I really wanted to go but by the time I could afford the trip, it was sold out. Maybe next year!
Yes! Hopefully for next year...experience tells me it will sell out, and likely earlier next year. It was a wonderful experience. Thanks for your reading and all your support!
Sounds wonderful - focus on the art and the love of audio storytelling - my people! On calendar for 2024. Plus I once stayed in Richmond and shared a B&B with someone licensed to fix fragile Faberge eggs. There was a life size white felt sculpture of a Moby Dick whale in the art gallery - love the place!
Siobhan, your first Richmond experience sounds about right! Hope the next trip can measure up! I think you would have found yourself among your peoples at Resonate.

You perfectly captured the magic of the weekend. And thank you for boosting the survey!
Love this!! You encapsulated exactly how it felt to be there!
Amazing summary!
Neat! I live in Richmond, and I went to VCU back in the 90s. A LOT has changed!
